Company rep Scott came out with fast smooth talk, pushing product...service, then throwing in coupons and dollars off is signed then and there without looking things over. And kept going on about other contractors not showing up and then on and on about mold...it was strange. Felt like I was in a bad used car dealership...pushed and rushed. Told him I wanted to think about it and get other quotes from venders, Then when I emailed saying I preferred all items to be over email so I could reference...he never wrote back nor contacted me again. I went with another company, and very glad I did, the did the work he said he couldn't (wanted to replace entire sections for one minor leak), and the other company was much more reasonable, gave me time to think and everything in writing. Would not recommend this company just on their sales tactics and pitches alone...don't know about their workman ship, did not get that far.
