After receiving this company's flyer in the mail, I mailed in a request to have an inspection and quote for a new roof. Three different people contacted me reconfirming the same appointment time and day. When the appointment day arrived, they showed up at the wrong scheduled time. The icing on the cake was there quote for $28,000 for a 2100 sq ft roof. They explained this was due to the more expensive material I requested plus the steep pitch of the roof. After having a metal roofing material rep come out and measure my roof, I was quoted at $4500 for the materials. So this means they built in $23500 for their labor. Pretty steep for a 1-2 week job. BEWARE!!!

From the first phonecall with office manager, Caitlan, the entire business, financing and picking out the appropriate roof for our house went smoothy with no road blocks. The crew arrived at our house at the promised date and time The foreman explained the sequence on how he and his crew were going to install the new roof. The finished roof turned out better than we could have hoped for. After cleaning the area, you wouldn't have known they had been there except for the beautiful new roof.

Apparently the salesman says what ever he can to make a sale and the Hispanic installers have no information about what was promised. It appears they have no pride in workmanship or quality control since the installers kept covering up damaged wood eaves instead of replacing it, as promised. I had to stand over them and make them take roofing off and replace damaged eave then re-install roof. The installers broke the electrical outlet they were using and never told me. They have no respect for property as they pulled up in the front yard in their personal car. I ask them to move it, then they pulled the trailer with all the roofing into the yard. Guess they don't understand English very well. Wood was left exposed on the roof that Stefan the salesman told me would be completely covered. Boots were not installed on roof penetrations as was also promised by Stefan the salesman. The installers also killed a Japanese maple tree by throwing materials off the roof onto it. After the first day they left the property and left nails and garbage in the driveway that I had to clean up before my wife got home and rolled over nails. Some of the metal sheeting is bent and the drip caps are not straight. Based on all the problems using Weatherguard metal roofing was a huge mistake. Would not recommend!
