BEWARE, if I could give less than 1 star , I would.… If you scheduled any work with them I suggest you cancel it. My neighbor and I had our roofs done in August 2019. The first red-flag was when the employees were on the roof and were discarding their cigarette butts all over the property. Also found 2 handful of nails after they "cleaned up”. The second red-flag was when they cracked a wall and broke a ceiling light in my neighbor’s house because they were dropping the shingles from high on the roof. My new roof leaked in February while I was away on vacation. My house sitter called them to advise them the there was a major water leak in the kitchen and the drywall from the ceiling was falling down. It took her 2 days and 6 messages( they never called back) before they she was able to speak with them. They advised her that it wasn’t the product or their labour that was the issue without even inspecting the roof. They did say that they could send someone to inspect but would charge $175 an hour!!!!!! Needless to say I took care of it myself as my insurance told me that this is a typical response….

We bought an 8 year old house and found out all the houses in this area had their roofs done by millennium roofing in Kanata. We've had roof shingles fly off three times in the last year (since we've been here) Everyone has the same problem, we've seen so many shingles fly off all around. Work was poorly done. Stay away .

If there is an option for less stars I would have given it. VERY poor communication and I ran into the very same problem a previous reviewer had. Earl installed my roof last year. Noted some leak afterwards. Over 10 emails and phone calls to him and Kristina from his office, leaving messages and promises to come by and at least take a look ,,, never happened. Very disrespectful and poor business. Be Careful... do not deal with this company!

He installed the roof on our house before we bought it. A problem arose so I called him 2 years ago, he came by told me he could fix it and that he would be back in the next few weeks (Sept/27/2012). Never came. In the spring of 2013, it was too early and too cold. Since then I have been sending him emails almost monthly (during the summer) but he ignores them. I'd go somewhere else but then I would be invalidating my warranty.  :-(
