Very impressed with the sales and service from Davidoff Roofing. They listened to my request and they promptly quoted the work as requested. But they also offered alternative solutions that we had not considered. End of the day we opted for their solution and could not have been happier with the choice. The roof looks great, they came in under budget, and the sales team kept us in communication the whole time. Thanks.

I had Brad come out last fall give me a complete detailed quote with all steps that were to be completed and did some prep work as the shingles around the bathroom vents were in bad shape. They crew was arranged to show up in April by Dave in the office. The crew had the job completed from start to finish on the Thursday and Friday leaving my house clean each day. They were courteous did a great job, with one minor mishap of a shingle tearing a screen while taking off the shingles but Davidoff roofing is replacing the screen. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Davidoff roofing

I set an appointment for a roofing quote with Brad and he never showed up and never called to reschedule. I would totally understand if they gave me any reason, but nothing at all. This is not very professional, so they get 1 star in my opinion.

All in all it was a good experience. Our roof looks great, the issue we had was immediately addressed and rectified. A job that I feel confident will last 50 years. Roof venting, insulation, proper bathroom venting, and two sky lights, new plywood on the back half of the house, then a 50 yr shingles (which come with a 25yr labour warranty). I felt confident dealing with this company. Felt i got what i paid for. They even came back to address concerns regarding my noisy bathroom fan AFTER the job was signed off and paid for. Thats customer service right there. I will be getting an estimate for siding, fascia, eves and gutter guards in the near future. Note: this job was done over a year ago. Issues regarding mould on my ceiling in the kitchen and back hallway have been rectified thanks to davidoff topping up a spot where my insulation was moved. My house has cost less to heat and cool this year compared to others. Really happy. Skylights still great.

I would recommend and use Davidoff Rooing (London) again. They were informative, helpful, did the job on time and honoured the price I was quoted. Our new roof looks great and the peace of mind we have with that along with our increased insulation means less stress on our A/C unit and I'm sure the same when we turn on the furnace. They also gave us options so we could chose for the roof (features we wanted - type of shingles, warranty etc..) which allowed us to get the roof we felt comfortable with.
