We called Nick and he responded very timely and politely. He has great customer service and replied to all texts and phone calls Came to our house and gave a good bid and did the work he said he would and even a few other things he discovered. Would highly recommend!

Don't waste your money-- I paid more than $10,000 for a new roof because the new AC & ducting I'd had installed on the roof created leaks where the ducts went thru the roof. JNL and "rude, excuses Joe" were hired. They lifted the ACs and the ducts and put on a new roof (no one else every touched the ACs/ducts). The new roof LEAKED AT EVERY RAIN FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS. The guarantee was worthless because of Joe's endless trail of excuses. If his roofs were 1/10th as robust as his excuses they'd last 1,000 years. So, I got 3 years of hell out of my "new" roof. A few months ago I put on another new roof and it is perfect. No leaks, no mess and no rude Joe. Oh-- extra bonus! They broke fittings on my new ACs-- $700 more down the toilet.

He may very well be an excellent roofer but, because he was so rude to me over the phone I will never know.
