We did an exhaustive roofing research for our house. Timber frame, steep pitch 27 year old cedar shingles on it. This was a Major job. We looked at many roofers and Sean came to be the right fit. He took time to talk with my wife and I at the house. Provided many samples and the gave us multiple referrals based on the samples so we could see the real thing. Estimates several options and then added extra options for improving the look of the house. Cooper will work which he help coordinate. Yes, I agree communication can be tricky with follow ups and delays. However you get what’s you pay for. Took 2 plus months to get job started but I am glad. Owners should always monitor trades and jobs that what you pay for. But you have to hire people you can trust. There team was professional, performed the job very well. For being roofers and how hard that job is they did very well. Cleaned up after as best as possible. Yes several hundred nails from my prior roof playing hide and seak in the grass. I’m glad we used them, i appreciate the product they suggested and the overall job looks great.

Waste of time. I called and left two voicemails and then spoke to receptionist only to have no returned message regarding new roof. Also subcontractor who does gutters was difficult to reach and fortunately I was warned off him by previous customers when work was sub par.
