Precision Roofing did a great job on my garage roof last week. The crew (Todd and Chad) worked until dark the one night to strip and showed up bright and early the next day to finish the job. There were some extras, too (replacing of fascia) that their other brother Troy came to offer his expertise. Clean up was meticulous. Price was competitive. The experience was great from the start with Kevin and Joanne taking care of all the details. Thank you very much! Highly recommended! Tom Wood

Was very pleased with Precision roofing. They are friendly to deal with and professional with their work. They cleaned up and did a great job. Had a bit of a wait before they could do our roof because of the rain and bad weather but better than having a company that does a crappy job because they do roofs in the rain. Will definitely recommend and use again

I called three weeks ago to have someone contact me about a roofing quote. I needed the entire rear of our home re-done, along with 4 skylights replaced and flashing re-done in other areas of the roof. I was told someone would contact me within 48 hrs. After no call was received, I called back a week and a half later---spoke to a different office person and was told the same---I will receive a call within 48 hrs. So after yet ANOTHER week and a half with no response I called back this Tuesday (3 weeks later) to try just one more time. The person that I spoke with once again was sympathetic and gave me the salesman's cell phone number so that I could contact them directly. I called the sales rep and got a 10 minute profanity -laced dissertation about how unprofessional the internal communications are at the company, along with a lecture about how they do not like jobs that are not entire roofs. End result was he was not going to give me an estimate and asked me not to complain--as if. To make myself clear---this sales rep was the absolute worst I've ever dealt with as a homeowner of more that 40 years. I immediately phoned the office back and spoke with the owner--Vince--who heard my concerns. End result.....he seemed disinterested and said he'd have a talk with the sales rep. Sounded to me during our conversation that Vince just wanted to get off the phone. There was no offer to have another sales rep contact us, or any indication that he was interested in taking steps to follow up and give us an estimate. If that is the kind of service and attitude that is prevalent, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Who needs that kind of attitude????
