After job completed and problem identified no one reruns call to address problem. When communicating the tone lacks professionalism. Would never use again outside of guarantee. Wonder what might be required to get anything done.

As any homeowner would be, we were really looking forward to getting a new roof. Unfortunately, we were left with extensive damage, the work didn't pass inspection, and the entire roof has to be redone. We're still trying to resolve this beings that the shingles didn't get the proper amount of nails per code, nails weren't sitting on the shot line or near it and in some cases were blown through the shingles because the compressor was on too high, nails are sticking out of the flashing, the shingles were cut so short that there wasn't an actual overhang and we actually would need to add shingles to cover the gaps on 2 of our peaks, the back peaks had overhangs that ranged from 1.5 inches to 3 inches, pipes weren't properly installed or secured, and that's to name a few of our failed items. We are progressively working on getting our funds back from the owner. I'll update this review as a solution concludes.

These guys "fixed" my mothers flat roof. It started leaking a week later. It took them 3 weeks to send someone out to look at it. They saw the problem and still didnt fix it, stating they would handle it. They have "sent someone" multiple times. Now It has been 16 months, still not fixed, and the owner said that he isnt responsible for the damages from the leaking roof since it has been more than a year (even though they knew about the problem for over 15 months). Their work guarantees mean nothing at all, they just bide their time and hope the problems go away. The Better Business Bureau has revoked their rating due to their poor work and follow up. I will be hiring an attorney for the damages and missed work for my mother. This has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company. The house is now more damaged than before they started their work. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK (EVEN IF ITS SIMPLE MAINTENANCE). Their lack of professional courtesy and urgency is appalling to say the least. They have now caused thousands of dollars of damage and are trying to snake their way out of it, saying it was termite damage. The Terminex Associate laughed when they heard what he said after looking at it. The owner is rude, dishonest and extremely unprofessional. Please save yourself the trouble and go to another business. Edit: The Company states that it was "Termite" damage and not due to the fact that they left my mother with a leaky roof for 18 months. This company is a joke. It only took them 18 months before they "found" the "problem". Laughable Contractor at best stay away from them

I would give zero stars if I could. These guys are not good to work with! We have yet to hear from them after they broke part of our roof during a simple shingle install. They have lots of Better business bureau complaints. And they were fined in October for their poor work and ordered to do reeducation as well. Google Brian Forrest ERC Roofing to find this info. He is the main owner. Update 2/19/19: after placing several calls to ERC (5 or 6 to main ERC number, as well as to their damage expert) we were finally contacted by one of their damage experts this past Friday. He said they would send someone out in a couple days. Then our sales rep contacted us on the third day and there apparently is a breakdown in communication with the main ERC call center. Our sales rep came out today (Tuesday) along with a roofer. They covered the roof to prevent more leaking and will be back to repair after the rain stops. We will update our post and look forward to better and better communication as we like to stay in the loop with what is going to be done and how it will be fixed properly. We were very pleased with our roof initially so we hope repairs will go very well also! It was disappointing to find out our tongue and groove wood was damaged from the ERC roof install that took place in the summer of 2017. We have learned a good lesson...always check your attic after the roof install to make sure boards are in tact! Our original home inspection from 2013 showed our boards were all in great condition and we hope they will be put back to that same code condition. To be continued.... Update 3/5/19: They have fixed the portion of our roof wood that was broken during the install. The part along the ridge where there was visibly a leak. And we hope that is that! Our rep Jeff and roofer Luis worked very hard on fat Tuesday to resolve our issue. You do have to continue to try to get attention when you have an issue since of course the construction and roofing industry is very busy right now. Just keep contacting them if you have an issue. A big thanks to Jeff and Luis. We are still disappointed the damaged happened in the first place during install. And that the team didnt check inside the attic to make sure the install process was complete. A nail gun being used on an older very dry roof is probably the cause of the damage so be aware if you have the same situation and ask about that!
