Whole house report and roof Inspection show Gutters and topper not installed properly not working properly. Caulking was amateur and did not hold up. Damaged my siding and left bare wood visable. Poor quality and craftsmanship. Should have used buyers. DO NOT USE QUINTANA BROS. thanks for nothing oscar!
