I recently had my 30-year-old cedar shake roof replaced by Serpentine Cedar Ltd. Tony came to my home to give me a quote on the same day that I called him. We arranged a future date for the job to be done. Tony and his crew arrived on schedule and completed the job within a week; without any delays or interruption (even though the weather was not perfect), and within the quoted price. At the end of each work day, the work crew cleaned up any debris, and when the job was completed, the premises was left clean and tidy. Even the large bin containing the old roof was removed the following day. I received my 30-year cedar shake and shingle warranty by mail a few days later. After a severe rain and wind storm recently, a small leak developed in my bathroom. I called Tony quite late in the evening, around 8 p.m. He sent his guys out to investigate the problem that very evening. They were at my place by 9 p.m., went up on the roof (in rather nasty weather), and discovered that the water was coming in around the vent-pipe flashing. They fixed the problem. Serpentine Cedar was recommended to me by a friend, and I am extremely happy with my new roof and would not hesitate to recommend Serpentine Cedar to anyone. They have done a great job and provided excellent service before, during, and after the job. Tony and his whole team are pleasant and easy to work with. I am so glad that my friend recommended them to me.

This company is top-notch. I can't say enough positive things about Tony and his team. Even my neighbours and other trades that are currently working on my house noticed their professionalism and made a point of mentioning it to me. There was a storm during the job and Tony and his son came out one evening just to check to make sure everything was ok with the roof. That's service. And they did the job in four days. Unbelievable! Not one complaint. I highly recommend Serpentine. My roof is beautiful.

Serpentine is currently re-roofing our complex of 80 townhomes (Deer Run) in Morgan Creek, South Surrey. They are doing an absolutely fabulous job. We are more than pleased with the quality & workmanship and so happy that we found Serpentine!
