We contacted Daniel and within hours he had inspected and quoted on the job. Start to completion in just 5 days. The attention to detail was amazing, they removed decorative parts of the roof and had them powder coated it came up better than the original. Started off really well with these guys giving then a $7k cash job to replace my roof. Then rang and emailed about 3 weeks after the job because had screws into no timber at all in on place and had a leak around the aircon. Daniel mentioned that he would consider returning to fix the screw issue but i agreed to fix it myself but with the aircon issue i have had no call or return email cost me $250 dollars to have a plumber fix it. In all i would not recommend Daniel James Plumbing (which is a shame) based on there poor follow up service. I received a threatening and childish text message from Daniel James at 12.30 pm last night stating that unless i remove this gutless review he would be taking this matter further not sure if that's a physical or legal threat in any case what i have stated above is in my option an true and factual statement of what took place and so will not be bullied and or threatened into removing any or all of the above statement.
