Needed an emergency repair job on flashing which had caused a leak into my kitchen. 1st Quality Roofing came within 4 days to do the job. Friendly, reliable and affordable. Would highly recommend them. They understood it would have caused further problems down the line and did everything they could to sort it out as quickly as possible. Can't thank them enough.

I had a complete new roof put on my house and felt that the company deserves a first class review. The team from 1StQuality Roofing have done an excellent job and the work has received many comments from my neighbours. The work was done efficiently and they took care of all the rubbish and left everything immaculate without hardly any disruption to my family. Even though I had several quotes, I chose to use 1StQuality Roofing as I was assured they would stay within the price quoted and offered plenty of good advice as to what tile and what would suit the house best. The team worked a full and long day and kept me informed of everything and the overall project is absolutely fantastic and really has changed the appearance of my house. It is truly impressive and exceptional to have solid, expert advice. I had two queries about my roof. The first I was told by another builder would need total replacement. Jack said that was not the case and it just needed fixing. The second, was that I had been told that I needed all the moss removing from the back roof. Jack said that this was not the case and should be left. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I could tell that Jack was totally trustworthy by his sound advice. The job was assessed, the quote was appropriate for the job being done and the work completed to a high standard at their earliest opportunity. I would definitively recommend

Where do I start so many things wrong with your company. To start of with there was bad service tried contacting many times and no pick up? When I had the phone call back he did not seem to have time to speak with me about the matters of my roof and was more interested in talking to someone else. Your unprofessional run business caused so much disruptions to my project of my new roof as I had to get a new quote for my roof and a hole new company this meant my roof was delayed by 1month thanks for your shocking service definitely won’t be recommending to anyone.! Overall it just seemed like it was run by a bunch of teens that weren’t interested in nothing to do with roofing!!
