Same day service, rang concerned about some tiles after terrible weather. Dale came and advised of requirements, provided reasonable quote and was able to complete the work within a couple of days. although it required more work than i had hoped, Dale explained exactly why he needed to do what he did. Thanks a lot.

Mardale were due at 10.30am to look at my roof. They didn't turn up nor get in touch. I called them and received no apology but was told they would be round aT 5.30pm. Again, they didn't show up.
