Professional from start to finish. Good advice and detailed quote for a complex job replacing fibre cement tiles containing asbestos, and a couple of flat roofs. Work started on time and we had a friendly courteous team (Tom, Jack & Leon) who clearly take pride in their work. Plus effective supervision from Shayne. All aspects of the work have been completed to a high standard. The new slates look good and we are confident there will be no leaks and expect it to last a long time.

We've used GNR more than once: the first time for roof renovation and leadwork on a listed building; then most recently for some dormer repairs. On both occasions the programme was handled in a very friendly and professional way, making use of extensive local contacts to coordinate the works. I couldn't be happier with their quality of work.

You know you’ve found the best when you have a problem with a loose slate, you ring up and within 3 days your roofer sends someone to fix it, free of charge under their 10 year guarantee. A superb level of service from GNR.

I chose GNR because they listened to what I wanted done, and gave me a detailed, fair quote which explained all the aspects of the proposed job (re-roof, bay window and attic space utilisation to a Victorian Terrace). When the work started they were thoroughly professional, courteous and kept me updated with the work (especially useful as I was not present for much of the work was being completed) and accommodated a couple of other requests that came up as the job progressed. The quality of the work was superb, especially the lead work, and all certificates and guarantees followed quickly upon completion of the job (plus work-in-progress photos of the work done as I had missed much of it) Really pleased with the result and I would not hesitate to recommend Geoff Neal Roofing - and a big Thank You to the team who carried out the work!

As with other reviewers, we too were delighted with the work carried out by Geoff Neal (Roofing). The work to re-roof our 19th century cottage was complicated due to dormers, changes in pitch, overhead electricity cables, the need to blend in with recent extension work and the affect on our neighbour where the roofs interlinked and overlapped. We had really struggled to even find a roofer we could trust to undertake the work when a chance meeting brought us into contact with Geoff Neal Roofing. From accepting the very detailed quotation to completion of the work was only 6 weeks. The work itself took 3 weeks. The quotation was ‘right’ for the work and, as construction professionals, what we expected. We had some serious leaks and so were apprehensive about how much timber repair would be needed. The repairs done were only what were needed and we were consulted on details throughout. Our desire to make full use of the scaffold and complete painting work ourselves was accommodated by the team, who were just expert and professional in every way. The finished work is excellent and the lead work exceptional. The final account, including the extras, was completely acceptable. We would like to extend a huge ‘thank you’ to the team and would not hesitate to recommend Geoff Neal Roofing.
