AVOID - absolute joke of a company. Failed to fix my roof, took over 3 months to return to resurvey, then took over a month to give me a quote, which was stupidly expensive considering I had already paid them to fix the problem (with a 2 storey scaffolding required - for a small extension roof! Really??). The admin team can be quite rude and offish and require constant chasing, and are constantly fobbing you off. There was no sympathy and the service was very impersonal throughout. I implore you to take your business elsewhere! *Edit regarding reply - I understand it was a busy period for business but I had to wait 5 weeks from your workman revisiting/telling me the problem to actually receiving a quote, which also involved me calling your office over a 2 week period during which I was told both times that my paperwork was "on the desk". Not really acceptable or professional. To those reading take your business elsewhere.

I recently had some roof valley and tiling work done by this company after some weather damage. This company is nothing short of brilliant. A family run, long standing company that are honest, approachable and professional. They quoted me an extremely competative price and were prompt, non-intrusive and their work appears to be totally A1 standard. You will not be disappointed.

beware. quoted huge price to re-render 1 side of a chimney and reflash it, but needed doing urgently to stop leak. there man came to do it as was paying cash and they wouldn't do for cash to make it cheaper. banged it out in about a day and a half, cost a grand. didn't fix the leak. render was hollow in places and cracked, including flaunching round the top and not even bothered to feather it in. had to get whole roof done by someone else, not interested in giving any part of a refund as then had to get this redone also. shoddy and a grand down the drain.
