Calabrese Roofing Systems

Recently had the pleasure of meeting Bree and hiring him to do a complete tear down and rebuild of my Fathers roof. He started early and the project was finished in just a few days. They did a great clean up of all materials. I would highly recommend him and his crew.

I originally called 6 Roofing companies for estimates, only 3 responded. All of the roofing companies are busy due to the upcoming El Nino and every wants to fix their roof before the heavy rains hit in 3-6 months. Some companies told me they won't even take appointments or provide estimates because they were backlogged for 2-3 weeks. Calabrese Roofing had the best prices and was the most responsive. Bree came out to my house within 1 business day to provide an estimate. When I had some questions, he drove out to my house the same day to meet and he provided samples of asphalt shingles. He is very friendly and easy to work with. For my Bay Park House, I only had 1 Gable Roof vent on the west side of the attic. I wanted to add more ventilation so the attic (with HVAC inside) & my house would cool down and allow the A/C to perform more efficiently. Bree & his team did an outstanding job removing and replacing my 1st story roof. First they arrived on time even a little early to get started. On the first day, they removed a 25 year old asphalt single roof tiles and underlayment. They worked extremely fast and had over 1100 square feet of roof striped down to the wood boards within a few hours. They hauled away all of the debris and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. On the second day, they installed the remaining underlayment (30#), shingles, flashing, ridge shingles, and the numerous vents that I requested. They cleaned everything up and hauled away all of the debris. The yard looked great when the job was complete. The attic and the house is a a lot cooler now too. The roof looks amazing. Bree and his team installed a high quality nice looking roof. Bree also painted all of the exhaust vents to match the roof. He also went on my second story and patched up the pipe vents and painted them too to match the roof too. I can highly recommend Calabrese Roofing for any roof installation.
