Outstanding service Me and my partner are over the moon, polite,left the premises clean and tidy, done a great job plus the price was very competitive compared to the other 4 companies that came out. 10/10 for workmanship.

Completely and utterly unprofessional and unreliable. Requested to provide a quote. On his request arranged access to the roof for the day with tenants and estate agent. Failed to turn up without giving any notice or making contact. When contacted again made excuses and offered to return. Asked to arrange access directly with estate agent and as a result was turned that he declined to provide a quote at that point. If you need someone reliable, conscentious and able to do the job, steer well clear. P.S. Please also note that the only positive review on here is from a family member of the owner, Simon Stephens.

Amazing service! Visited when they were expected and did a great job! Would defiantly recommend.

Really disappointed as booked Bay Roofing to come and look at our roof which needed urgent attention. Expecting them at 9am on Monday morning and they didn't turn up and didn't even bother to call. We did try to call them several times but nobody answered and there wasn't even another number we could call them on. Really upset as we received a non existent service.
