Excellent Service throughout Re felt and battened roof, replaced all the broken tiles, fixed and realigned guttering. I hit it off with Jason right away, he was straight on the roof and told me what the problem was, and his plan to fix it. He filled me with confidence and it was a huge relief after the previous guy wanted a hefty fee just to take a look. Jason knew I didn’t understand how everything worked, so took time to explain how the damage had happened and used photos from his phone to show me what he was talking about and where replacements were needed. He also took pieces of rotten timber into the house to show me. I didn’t know how bad the problem was. It’s a cost no one sees coming, but it had to be done and I’m glad we got professionals with a guarantee. Jason and his team were very friendly and helpful causing as little disruption as possible. He cleaned and replaced tiles and assured me there was no need to change them when others said different. You can tell they care about the customers and the reviews are deserved. Everything is looking much better and we feel confident our home is protected and everything is flowing properly, meaning no more water damage. I would highly recommend Jason and his team to anyone.
