Noticed these guys carrying out some repairs to a neighbour of my Mum in Law. We needed some chimney work doing ourselves so I gave them a shout and asked if they could accommodate us. After an exchange of information and speaking to the Ark gaffer the work was done on the same day. Very pleased. I will definitely use Ark again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for good roofing guys. Update: Ark do fencing work too! This week they replaced some damaged fences and also a large access gate. Good work and reasonably priced.

Simon was polite and professional and provided me with a reasonable quote for the repointing of my chimney and ridge tiles. The team were punctual very polite and professional and completed the job to a high standard . Would definitely use again for any further work we may need doing.

Saw this company had great reviews so called them to take a look at my leaky roof. Said they'd call me the following morning to let me know what time they'd be there. By 12 I'd received no call so I called them and the same guy took all my details again and said he'd be out shortly and then never showed up...Obviously not interested.
