Flat garage roof replacement: Professional job done at short notice and completed in a couple of days. Really good team who left the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day, and who only needed keeping full of coffee during the day to fight off the cold. Cannot recommend highly enough. Our 1970's roof started to leak so we decided we ought to upgrade the felt to the new breathable sort. We wanted to keep the old tiles if poss and have the old felt replaced. BIlly Chandler quoted for scaffold and to remove the tiles, remove old felt and batons. Fit new breathable felt with new 2x1 treated batons. Replace any broken tiles and replace tiles, finish ridge with dry ridge system and recement eave edges. The job was done exactly to quote. Even down to replacing 40 broken tiles. The guys were very professional and are proper tradesmen. They worked in freezing cold weather and my wife was most impressed with their daily clean up routine. The price was very competitive and the guys are true professionals. Don't go anywhere else, use your local tradesmen. I found them on the web and then checked "Check a trade".
