Worst plumbing experience in history! This plumber was recommended to me but after emailing & phoning twice with no reply I’d given up on them (strange way to run a business). Then out of the blue I got a call & they came to do two basic jobs, one to fit a tap & the other to increase temperature of my mixer shower. First the tap was fitted the wrong way round & the hot water was coming out the side marked cold, second attempt the tap was turned but still the water is coming out the wrong side with H being cold. The shower was even worse, the guy took it apart & forgot how to reassemble it. He asked me if I knew which way to turn it for the shower & the bath even though it’s clearly marked on it. He left it set up wrong so we couldn’t have a bath & shower was too hot. He came back & I told him how to set it up & he set it up wrong again so we have no hot water to the bath now. I phoned to complain & Charlie Allan was rude & arrogant & said they were too busy to do the jobs anyway. I asked how two simple jobs could be so difficult & he responded ‘if they are so easy can ye nae dee them yer sel like’. Bizarre response!!! He hung up on me after saying you’d be better getting someone else to do it!! Unfortunately I couldn’t give 0 stars but these plumbers are clueless so stay away.

Grampian plumbers have just been amazing. I needed help and they came asap....and then this morning right back on the job to finish it off.. thank you so much you have been great.
