Horrible customer service. I have been waiting for someone to call me back for 4 days now to get an estimate done on my roof. Each time I have called I have been giving the run around that someone would call me back. I guess the company is ran by poor management who could care less about customer service and profitability. I shouldn't have to beg a company to take my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I would give zero stars if I could

I just had my roof replaced with Summit Renovations and I am a very happy customer. Daniel was wonderful with walking me through the process of submitting my claim to insurance and even was there the day the adjuster arrived to be sure everything was included. I think this extra attention helped with getting the most out of my claim. He even helped find a gutter replacement vendor when I mentioned some water pooling issues. The process was painless, the install was smooth and professional, and Daniel has been fantastic to work with.

I was blown away with the professionalism of Cody at Summit Renovation. After my roof was completed, I even received a phone call from the owner, Patrick Dennis, to make sure everything was completed in accordance with my insurance claim and checked to see if there was anything else he could do. I am very particular with who I allow to work on my home and I can say with resounding confidence, Summit Renovation is the best in Birmingham.
