Proffesional, caring and a great job. After many weeks of contacting a number of roofers and the majority not turning up, I contact Stuart (owner)who arranged a time to meet with me to look at our family friends roof. Stuart arrived on time and is extremely professional. He listens and wants to understand our requirements. The roof needed an overhaul, pointing tiles replaced etc. Stuart provided the written quote exactly on the day he said he would. His communication is fantastic from the first meeting to the end of the job. Stuart and his team are very hard workers not even taking a break for a cup of tea. Stuart at least 3 or 4 times a day will talk you through what he has completed and the next section of the work. Stuart will tell you if your felt or slates etc have life left in them and will not put any pressure on you to replace unless it is vital. His work is to a very high standard and that includes his workers. Stuart works in a very logical way and will ensure he cleans up as he works.
