My roof was leaking in three places and I needed someone with knowledge of the trade who I felt I could trust to carry out the works efficiently, effectively and without me feeling that my budget had been abused by overcharging as happens so often nowadays. Precision Roofing Scotland came recommended and they came to see me, proposed a course of action and quotation which I felt was reasonable in the circumstances and the work was carried out promptly. Having had huge downpours since the work was completed I have been more than satisfied with the way I was advised and the repairs that were made.

Precision Roofing came recommended by a friend. They came at short notice to investigate a leak into one of my bedroom ceilings. They had an immediate understanding on what the problem might be and organised scaffolding and workmen to put remedial work in hand within a few days. Whist attending the repair they also identified a potential problem and applied sealant at the verge junction of some vertical tiling which was not adequately cloaked by the overhanging roof tile. Finally they arranged the scaffolding not to be removed until four days of heavy rain had passed as a test of the success of their work.

I have had Precision Roofing work on my property twice now. All staff are friendly and courtious. Even when weather is bad they ensured there was minimal mess generated and even then it is always cleaned up before they left. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbours.
