They coated my house a couple a weeks ago and did a great job. Mario and his crew worked really fast and clean. They even protected my pool. Renzo from the office took care of all my question.

They recently replaced my three layer roof. I had a tight budget, and they had a affordable price and payment plan. Other companies didn't offer any help to get it done. Thanks Again.

Okay here's my story. FHI came to my home to quote central air at my home. After a 2 hour presentation I was given a price and it was good. So I told the rep to give me a written quote so I could contact my Hero financing rep. I was told I would get the quote e-mailed to me. Weeks go by and still no quote. So another rep calls me asks me why I don't want to do business with them. I told the rep that statement is untrue and that I was waiting for the quote. I was told another rep would to home again and give me the quote. So the rep came and wanted to do another 2 hour presentation. I was no I just need the quote that was promised to me so I can go over the numbers with my financing agent at Hero. So once again I am told I would get the quote e-mailed to me. Weeks go by again and still no quote. And literally for months reps for "Family Home Improvements" keep calling me and asking either "If I 'm ready to do business with them" or "Why I don't want to do business with them". And I keep telling these people the same story I wrote above. But I kept giving them chances to redeem the company by telling them to simply send me the quote. They say they will but never do. Finally after around 6 times of this I tell the rep that they had their chance and I gave them more chances than needed. I followed up with telling the rep that at this point my feeling were that if they can't even fulfill their quote promises, keep true customer interaction records and just plain stop wasting people's time; how they could actually expect me to actually want to do business with them. I asked to be removed from their call list. But guess?...They stopped calling for about 2 months....and just recently called again asking again "If I'm ready to do business with them". The company has some serious problems. DO NOT TRUST THEIR LIES AND KEEP AWAY FROM THEM. My next step is to report them.

My house had lots of mold growing on the north side of the house, and Family Home Improvements fixed it to perfection. They also remove all the siding on the front of the house and add stucco to it. All my neighbors have completing us on our new look. Thanks Tony Carter and Family Home Improvements.

FHI came to my home and gave me a quote on painting my home. I felt it was a good deal so I took there offer. The painters both of them named Jose were very professional and courteous. They answered any questions I had when they were doing the job. They also took me around my home each day and either showed me what they were going to do and also went over things on what they had done the previous day. At the end of the day they always cleaned up. On the last day before they left the area around the house especially the driveway and my back porch was cleaner than it had ever been. I was very pleased with the outcome. It makes my house look like it is brand new. Rienzo the project manager came around several times to inspect the job and made sure I was happy with what they were doing. Thank you.
