Had an appointment 9-12 but no one showed up. Called the office and nobody knew what's going on. Need to wait another 8 days for a reschedule appointment. Worse ever!

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience with this company.Just didn't feel right so I decided to go else where.

Absolute WORST company I have ever worked with. We paid upfront (big mistake) then they kept pushing the job back. First they didn't have the correct permits, then the work failed inspection, then they were booked up doing other jobs (keep in mind they cashed out check. They started about a month late which pushed our entire remodel behind. When they finally finished I found that they had thrown all the rusty nails into my yard, where my child plays. It took several phone calls to get anyone to come out and clean them up. To top it all off we found that the roof was done incorrectly. The over hang didn't meet with the water gutter so I just gets sheets of water pouring off my roof and onto my patio which then floods my house. It has taken almost a year to get it fixed. Eric Massey claims he has come out several times to fix it, but I have never seen him and the problem is still there. Eric Massey is a crook, his office staff is rude and unhelpful, and his quality of work is half assed. It is ashame since he came so highly recommended. We will now be spreading the word that he is the last roofer you should call.

Solid, fair local company. We've used them once and plan to use them again!
