Took some time to complete following an estimate from Tom and due to the weather but absolutely great job done by Joe and helper. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Spencers for your flat roofs. Joe is very on time and really courteous to customers. You get what you pay for!

Tom was a great resource for me as a new real estate agent. He was referred by the Home inspector and came highly recommended by him. He worked us in quickly and found issues not seen by the first inspector. When the sellers’ contractor wouldn’t come out and correct/finish their worked, he got his crew out the next day so it would be finished by the close of escrow. I will definitely use him again in the future!

I have been involved with many roofers here and in Phoenix during my career in apartment sales, management and ownership. Some were Good some OK and some stunk. I recommend Tom Spenser as doing not only a professional job on our home but having excellent no cost repair where the AC company damaged the roof. When he recommends the TPO product, go with him. It's slightly more expensive than a roll roof but well worth it. I don't think he makes any more money on the job and it's a much better roof.

Once communication got on track, they came and fixed a large leak on our roof. The employees were cordial, gave us regular updates, and were thorough with the job. At next monsoon, we'll see if the leak is fixed. They were very confident!
