I gave Stay Dry Roofing a call and a gentlemen named Jose came out to look at my tile roof about a month ago. He thoroughly inspected my roof and recommended we install new underlayment paper for the spots it was leaking. He walked me through the options, showed me samples and laid out the price differences. Having someone take the time to break it down with me was the reason I chose to go with these guys and Im so happy I did. Stay Dry are professional, skilled miracle workers. My husband and I want to sell our home in Anaheim,CA as soon as our daughters school year ends but our shingle roof wasn't going to make it. We had 2 leaky skylights, a leak on our balcony and some wood damage from the leaks being neglected. I knew I need to get these fixed but didn"twant to replace the whole roof. Javier and his partner came out and I explained the situation and they gave me a decent price and even threw in another spot near our chimney we didn't wanted see. I bought my first home ever in the beautiful city of Anaheim a few years ago and during the inspection they said everything was perfect with the roof, not the case.. I had some leaking in the attic that needed some attention as well a few facia boards. I dont have a go to roofer or know anything about roofs for that matter. I called Javier, he came out and explained everything to me and assured my repairs were not too major. I decided to go with him for that reason.
