never provided a quote and refused to want to do what we wanted. no service whatsoever despite the fact they are located 5 minutes from the house. typical lakeport contractor terribleness

Very unprofessional! Called to get an estimate. Was told I was going to receive a call, to set up estimate date and time. A week goes by, following Saturday I get call from estimator, whose at my home, unannounced, while I'm outta town....wanting to give me an estimate!
