I called twice and left messages for someone to call me to make an appointment for roof estimate. No one called me back at all.

Robert was recommended by multiple people in the area. He came out and did my roof at a reasonable price. His men did a great job and were in and out in 1 day. 2 years later I had problems with moisture on my ceiling and roof. My insurance claimed I had a leak which was not the case. Robert came out, took the roof up, showed me there was no leak, and that the moisture was coming from a build up of moisture from the sun and the AC running. This was his original diagnoses prior to calling my insurance. He is coming tomorrow to patch the rook back and put a vent in so the heat build up will not happen. Even with Gulfstream Insurance giving me the constant run around through multiple claims I have had on different home owner issues, Robert Batson himself has kept to his word every step of the way. Just know when you hire Mr. Batson he will be there every step of the way. Thank you for all your help! I agree with A. I have called several times and no one ever calls back. Guess they have to much business.

We have been using this family company for 40+ years. They are always dependable, trustworthy and fair. They clean up and keep clean equipment-always a good sign of a good company.
