From the office staff being very informative to Tod the project manager checking in with status and if I had questions they were spot on. Quality of work and timely manner was exactly what I requested. They were fabulous all across the board.

Showalter Roofing is the best roofing company I have dealt with in this area. They did an outstanding job installing my new roof. The prices were reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. Their follow-up support has been great. The managers care about their people - all the way from the top down. The workers, in turn, take pride in their work, which shows it is a well managed company. I strongly recommend them for any roofing job.

Dale somehow found time in his busy day to repair a section of the roof which could be seen from a neighbor's home. He inspected, rounded up necessary materials, and completed the repair in a matter of hours. He is knowledgeable + competent. Checked roof for other potential problems + provided good news. He had previously repaired a storm-damaged section of fascia. I will continue to call Showalter for any roofing needs.

My wife and I did a complete renovation of a beautiful mid century modern home in downtown Naperville. When almost complete we realized we needed to have a section of roofing re-done in “standing seam”/architectural metal. While it wasn’t a big job it really needed to be done and more importantly done correctly to ice the cake on an otherwise perfect rehab. Luckily we contacted Alex at Showalter. He was prompt, professional, understood what we were trying to accomplish and just a gem to deal with. In this day and age exceptional customer service and attention to detail and follow up seem to be just that......exceptions. Alex and the guys at Showalter truly deserve your business and the opportunity to show you what you should expect when you deal with contractors.. The ENTIRE experience was a a pleasure even calling the office and dealing with the women there......true customer service including promptly transferring calls to Alex’s cell. Showalter is the real deal; I rarely write reviews but believe in giving credit where credit is due!!!! I hope I can send them more business; I hope they put my wife and I on there reference sheet.
