Called Lorenzo to request an estimate. They missed a total of 3 days of not calling it showing up. I called each missed day trying to figure out what happened, was told again they’ll call before they come. I called the third day and was told by Lorenzo he would check into it and call back. He didn’t call back and has ignored calls after. If a company isn’t considerate with a clients time, I wouldn’t recommend them. I contacted them based off of the reviews but shortly realized this company isn’t for me. At this point I could of had another company to come out instead of wasting 3 days. Not reliable at all.
