Honesty , integrity and professionalism. Our handyman had just started installing a vent on our roof. He ran into a situation and had to leave unexpectedly leaving a hole in our roof. We contacted Tony at Regal at dinnertime. He said he would be out by 8ish, not to worry. When he got there, I explained the situation and he told me what the charge will be. He proceeded to the roof and put the shingles back as if nothing happened, and patched over the hole just to be sure. He also noticed where an animal had apparently been munching on some aluminum on another vent and the potential was there for a leak. He took care of this as well as long as he was there. When he was done, he showed me before and after pictures of what was done. He told me the roof looked good otherwise. When it needs to be replaced, I'll call him in a heartbeat. In the meantime I will do all I can to recommend him. I told him I was worried that he would be working into the dark and he said he at least would have gotten a tarp over the hole and come back in the morning. We would not have had to worry. Tony is a solid guy. I appreciate his communication. He listens to people. He was able to solve an issue other larger roofing companies could not.
