I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I have had with Harris Exteriors! Everyone has been extremely helpful and easy to work with. I have been especially impressed with the installation team! They are true professionals who take pride in doing excellent work. Harris replaced all of the windows in my home and the final result better than I ever expected! Thank you Harris for a job well done!

Not impressed. Very unprofessional. Salesman Lance told us they could get the windows installed in about 6-8 weeks. It took him about that long to just put the order in. Additionally he told us that he was able to match the current window sizes. Only after we made a deposit he calls and says we can't get the size as promised. He then expects us to make a decision about window size at a moments notice even though he had over six weeks to place the order and contact us. He talked very poorly about women and got upset when I told him I wanted to discuss the changes with my wife before making a decision. Installation crew was rude, disrespectful and extremely slow. Installer Dave took 5 full days to install 5 windows (a job that probably should have been 2 days at most). They did significant damage to our walls and did not repair as promised. Harris is making a big mistake paying these crews by the hour. Dave intentionally works very slow to pad his bill. Additionally they stored tools in our garage the entire week making inaccessible for us. Dave also had the nerve to harass us every single day in an attempt to get us to buy him lunch. My wife offered them a dozen donuts on the last day. When my 3 year old son saw the donuts he wanted one, so my wife said she was going to take just one for him. Well, Dave had an absolute fit that she took back one of the donuts (that we provided) for my 3 year old child. We did not feel safe having him in our home after that. Lastly, Dave even suggested that he was going to make it a "requirement" that clients keep the air conditioning on the entire time they were replacing windows. Just crazy. I would spend your money somewhere else.

Harris replaced all our windows, siding and gutters 3 years ago and we still love it all. I recently called to see if they could tell me the type of window vent lock I should buy to replace the one I broke. They not only helped me identify the right kind, but tracked them down and sent them to me directly. Their customer service was great before and during our experience and continues to be, three years later!!

Called to get a quote for new basement windows, new soffit and facia and new gutters. Salesman came out took a look and was positive. Waited a week and did not get a quote so I called the salesman back. He said he still needed to talk to his labor superintendent to see if they wanted to take the job. He told me he would get back to me later that day or the next day at the latest. Never heard back from him even after leaving him two additional voice messages. I guess they are so successful they can pick and choose which jobs they want to take on. As a person in the construction field, this is terrible customer service because now I am writing a bad review when all they had to do was call and say they could not take on the job instead of leaving me hanging. The customer should never work harder than the person they hire especially when it comes to getting information.

From the sales men to the office, Harris makes sure that they have the complete control over the project. The customer will never feel like they are in the dark. There is always someone who can be reached at the company to help satisfy the customers needs. The showroom at Harris shows everything that is needed for your job. The showroom gives you inspiration in your efforts to create a better home. Throughout the showroom there will be a attendant there to help inform you in creating a trusting combination. In the showroom they have everything from the singles, siding, windows, doors, and even the type of insulation that could be used on your project in the house. Within the different project types they have multiple manufactures that could be used to best fit your project. There are no gray areas in the process of locating the right materials for your project. In addition to the remarkable showroom, they are raising expectations in the exteriors industry. Other contractors that are in the industry do not have the same procedures as Harris Exteriors. Many contractors make it obvious that they are just there to make the sale. Harris' sales men stick with you until the end of the job. They will be there to hear your needs and concerns. They walk through every step of your project and make sure you know what you are paying for. Unlike other companies, Harris will make sure that everything you could be charged for will be brought to your attention ahead of time. Many companies will start the job and then charge you more because they conveniently found more to charge you for. With Harris they are up front with everything and are straight forward with the cost of doing the project the right way. Harris Exteriors run on professionalism. This company will show up on time when they have scheduled. If something comes up they notify the customer right away and makes sure that the customers are informed. I would recommend Harris Exteriors to anyone.
