I hear a lot of stuff from peeps at the big box stores about solar, this that and the other thing. No one could answer the questions i had about my roof. I really needed it replaced (wood shake). Which is now against code. The best and longest lasting solution would be a composite plastic or ceramic. I had two of the majors come out and none had a clue of what i was talking about. I received a call from Precision and was not about to have someone out until i felt comfortable it wasn't going to be some fresh out of college know it all. Quite the contrary, from the phone call to the presentation to installation, i knew i was dealing with experienced contractors and no nonsense. My roof and solar couldn't be more beautiful.

We are now 3 1/2 years into our solar system and still love it! The system David designed has been the perfect size. We have paid nothing at our true up for the past three years! And they have been readily available to help with questions and technical issues like reconnecting my Envoy monitoring system when I changed my WiFi router a few months ago. We are so glad we went solar and very thankful to Precision General Contracting for their product, service and continued support!

Price, quality, no nonsense. All i asked for, and they delivered. My time is valuable and it was not wasted. I really wanted a local contractor who would cover all the basis (permits, SDGE, Etc.) Only complaint is, they were done 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Awesome.

I’m so upset with this company...it’s been one problem after another. I used them for roofing and exterior window trim painting. The roof itself is nice but it took awhile. Some things that I encountered; flat tire from roofing nails in the driveway, broken fascia board, holes not cut in new room to accommodate the bathroom vents, skylight unable to open due to roof obstruction. They did come back out and resolve the problems. I gave them a second chance and had them paint the garage and exterior window trim, the garage turned out well but I am unable to open the windows from the painting. I am selling my house and the windows have been noted in the inspection and the potential buyer wants them to open. I have contacted Tod about the problem and all I get is they are on it, but no date set for them to come out and resolve the problem. I am now going to pay someone else to get the windows open. To add insult to all of this I got a cold call from them trying to sell me solar panels. Do not use this company 😡

This company install my hvac system improperly and it caused $15000 in damages to my home. And they wont take responsibility for it! Go to a moe reputable company like P A C Heating and Air.
