While it was a long process due to my insurance company's reluctance to settle my property claim, Elite Home Restoration was there to help fight the fight with my insurance company and the result was more than favorable. Mike McKibben continually provided reassurance, hope and optimism when I was ready to give up. He always answered my questions, and I had many, whenever I asked them. I can't express my gratitude for all that he has done. Not only does he have industry based knowledge, his customer service skills were exceptional. The new roof, siding and gutters that were professionally installed not only transformed my house but drastically increased its value. I would definitely use EHR in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone.
