I've called 4 times just to get the quote and still no quote. I see many other comments about no show, no call etc, after just my experience with quoting, I am concerned that the work would go the same way. No thanks.

Did work to repair a leak near vent. Ended up replacing all vents but the issue was not fixed. Experienced same leaks a few months later. Came out and said there wasn’t a problem with roof. Continued to experience leaking and tried to schedule them to come out. Did not show up at scheduled time 5 different times. Terrible customer service. Poor quality work.

Very upset with our experience after 5 no shows without a call. Customer service is extremely poor although their website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

They failed to show up on the day they were scheduled to work. I called their office and was told I had the wrong day and that they would be out two days later, but they didn't show up then either.
