Incredible experience start to finish. From the inspection to dealing with the adjusters. I couldn’t of asked for a better more seamless experience. The crew that did the roof was incredibly thoughtful and respectful of the landscape and cleanliness after the work was done. I will recommend cox to Friends and family in the future.

During the BIG windstorm here in Indiana, I had quite a few shingles ripped off the the roof. It was due for a new roof and Cox Residential Roofing came right out and wasted no time. They quoted a price that I was amazed with as well as how fast they got on the Job. I am thankful and Grateful for the professional and kind attitude of Jonathan. I am a Veteran on Disability and he went above and beyond what I was expecting. The Crew wasted no time either, within what seemed minutes, they had the old roof off and was putting on the new one.... These folks know what they are doing. Almost like robots or cyborgs programmed for roofing. Sounded like every woodpecker in Indiana was on my roof : ) Anyway THANK YOU Jonathan, and please tell your crew how appreciative and impressed I am with the speed, professionalism, and results. Honest contractor that sticks behind their work. I had a very positive experience with Cox Residential Roofing. They put a new roof on my house almost 5 years ago. Had a small leak in an upstairs bedroom. Called Cox, they answered the phone immediately and were out very quickly to inspect it. Turns out it wasn't the roof but a vent pipe that had a bad seal in the attic...not Cox's problem. However, they stuck with it and came back the next day and put a cap on the pipe at no cost. Great service, and honest. Hard combination to find. They have done many of our neighbor's roofs and they all speak highly of them.

I have worked with 10s of home renovation contractors over the years and have not come across one with the same level of all-around customer service, attention to detail and sense of urgency as Cox Residential.

Overall very pleased. During a wind storm, our satellite dish was ripped off the roof and left part of the roof exposed. They promptly came out and put a tarp on it before they could make the repairs. After that, they scheduled the work, including some additional repairs I requested, and handled it well and professionally.
