Had a slight leak in my roof that I needed a professional opinion on. Kent was right on time, and was sincere about wanting to help the customer, not just make a sale. He thought it was just a few loose nails around my attic vents, and he went ahead and re-nailed them and caulked them, for no charge, even after I insisted. I will definitely be reaching out to Moss again, when the time comes to replace my roof.

My wife and I are delighted with the vinyl siding that Moss Roofing installed on our house, and neighbors have remarked to us favorably about it. The two project managers with whom we worked - George, who assisted us during our decision-making process, and Ben, who supervised the installation - were excellent; the team that did the labor was outstanding – skilled, diligent, and pleasant – and we appreciated also the contributions of others – including Bev, Adam, and Delaney – who, from the office, facilitated the effort.

This was my first roof experience. Kent did a wonderful job at explaining the products and what all went into the job. I have construction experience and know what needs to be done to have happy customers. And it was very evident that Kent knew as well. There was minor damage to drywall around a skylight and Kent fixed it within a week. He also took the extra step to paint the inside of both skylights to insure they match. The roof looks great! I don't typically right reviews but they far exceeded my expectations! I called Moss Roofing due to a very small roof leak. The company that installed my roof 4 years ago (my insurance company's contractor) was now out of business so I reached out to Moss since they were local and had positive feedback online. Bradley showed up on time to our appointment, was very courteous, and quickly repaired some cracked caulking he found around our dormers. Moss will definitely be my first call the next time I need a roofer!
