The team of workers were: Nate Tim Danny Casey Nick Adam Jeremy They were great. Very personable and professional. They all greeted me each morning. If they even thought I needed something or had a question, they ask. I enjoyed working with them. They did an excellent job. The bathroom vent works perfectly now that it is vented outside. Nate did a fantastic job keeping me informed and the job moving along. Jeremy came to the house as soon as he new they the kitchen skylight needed trim work done. Looks so much better after he did his magic. The delivery guy was professional too. When I told him about the sprinkler system. He adjusted his plans to get the shingles on the roof. David did a wonderful job from beginning to end. He helped us get the correct skylights and his quote was spot on. I am so glad he found the mold and ventilation issues the house had. I cannot say enough good comments about the team on site. The quality and speed of their work was great. Their communication was great. As the tear off process started, the team was able to show me the good and bad of the previous installation and what they do differently. The ice dam material, the transition plates and the use of heavier gauge flashing was definitely a plus. Thank you to Nate, Danny, Tim, Nick, Adam, Casey, Jeremy, Jason, Dave and Scott. Tri-County Roofing and Gutters did excellent work on a major siding/roof repair last year and a small job in another location of our house this year. They were thorough and true to their estimates. During our major repair last year, the workmen on site were not hesitant to call their own engineers and estimators back out to discuss and agree upon a course of action to correct the problem. I will use them again whenever needed in the future.
