Did my roof in 1 day and saved me over a thousand dollars. They also did the roof on Oakwood Apartment complex in Rochester.

These two gentlemen that run this company really do go above and beyond to make getting a new roof or repair a smooth experience only contractor ive ever used that you couldnt even tell they had just tore off and replaced my roof!!! SUPER CLEAN AND GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP!!

Our garage roof was in such a bad state, our insurance company dropped the structure from our homeowner's policy. My husband is a handy kind of guy, and had helped on roofs before. Though he's getting up there in years, he thought we could save money if he replaced the roof himself. He priced out materials alone at $800. This did not include any new decking that may be damaged underneath, or a dumpster for waste removal. With his work schedule, the thought of tackling this task was daunting. He decided that we would request some free estimates and if it were to cost us upwards of $3k, to have it done professionally - he would do it himself. I happened to be perusing "Wabash County New to You Buy Sell Repeat" community Facebook forum when my husband texted asking about estimates. Lo' and behold I had just scrolled past a posted advertisement for See's Quality Roofing. I called and left a message. Within 10 minutes, my call was returned. The young man apologized for the poor reception as he was currently on a roofing job in the middle of the country. He offered to schedule the estimate for 10am the following day. Harrison See arrived right on time, was professional and courteous. He has been roofing for 8 years, but has branched out to begin his own business for the past 2 years. For our standard 2 car garage, he quoted us $2,360. I appreciated that Harrison appeared to be a genuine, hardworking young man out to make an honest living, while my husband liked the price. We signed the contract on the spot, and wrote a check for half the amount. We were scheduled for the next non-rainy day of the following week. Harrison called on Saturday to remind us that Tuesday would be clear for the job. They arrived at 8am and got right to work. I stayed in the house, but it looked like a crew of at least 3 (maybe 4) guys. I've attached some pics to show their speedy progress. They were completely cleaned up and finished by 5pm. They were very diligent in cleaning up their nails and debris from around the garage. I walked around afterwards and couldn't find a thing! Once completed, I paid for the other half of the job. Before leaving, Harrison wanted to assure me that the roof was warrantied under See's Quality Roofing for 5 years, and an additional 25 years through the asphalt shingles manufacturer. We couldn't be more happy with the roof and service we received. My husband was thrilled. I think we got the second cheapest shingle, but Harrison took care to match it with our home's roof as much as possible. It looks like the same roof to me! Oh! I do want to mention that I called my homeowner's insurance to tell them about the new roof so we could add the garage to our policy. They wanted a copy of our contract with the estimate and See's license and insurance policy (they are bonded/insured). I gave Harrison my agent's email address and he's sending her all needed information this evening. With all of the horror stories you hear about people being taken advantage of by shady contractors, we are so glad we happened upon See's. Very pleased and would definitely recommend!
