Best to steer clear of this guy. Took my parents for a ride on a roofing job. Unreliable, unprofessional, and poor execution. Refused to remove water damaged material from roof before making repairs. There's a reason his rating is so low.

Buyer Beware! I hired St Joe Builders to do my roof and gutters 10/2017. After stalling for weeks he finally came by to pick up a check on top of the deposit to purchase materials. The next day I get a report from a neighbor that all the equipment is gone and when I contacted the business, he told me his crew hadn't finished the other job and could not do mine. He said he returned the bigger check of the two but couldn't refund my deposit, saying he would do the gutters for my house for that price. The work has yet to be done over a year later. If you want to hire this business I recommend not paying any money up front.

I hired them to fix my leaking roof. They said they could repair it for a fraction of the cost to replace it. It continued to leak after the "repairs". Despite the five year warranty, they refused to believe it was still leaking, then insisted I go on the roof to find the source of the leaks. They refused to refund any of the money and their business address is an empty lot in a trailer park.

1//2018 Removed snow from roof on 2 story. Took couple days. Worked very hard on about 4 foot snow. Well worth the cost.
