From beginning to end of our roof installation, this company was PROFESSIONAL. I called them concerning our roof on a Tuesday morning, the young lady gave us an appointment that morning. Darren called 10 minutes before appointment and arrived on time. He gave us a reasonable quote; he explained things without being aggressive. We were very worried about all the rain coming the next week. Darren promised to fit us in on the Saturday. Well not only did he fit us in before the rain but also they were able to do it on the Thursday. They arrived on time Thursday morning, and the job was completed by that afternoon. They did an amazing job and the crew cleaned up very well and their supervisor was courteous and kept me informed on progress. Our roof and home looks AMAZING!!!!! We recommend Lafayette Roofing to anyone who wants to deal with honest folks that do the job right. We are so happy we chose you guys to do our roof. Very pleased with Lafayette Roofers!! From the time that Billy met to give a quote until Aaron and the crew cleaned up they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took extra time while removing my shingles to not damage my flower beds. Definitely would recommend to anyone!!!

I was completely impressed with the crew of Lafayette Roofing.Darren made multiple trips to my home to assist me with the roof issues and claim process with my insurance company. Once settled my roof was on in half a day, yard cleaned and you never would have knowk they were there. Lafayette Roofing is very professional across the board from start to finish and a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful and very patient in our picking out the right color shingle. The crew was very polite and hard working, they picked up after them selves and cleaned up work area daily, they did a superb job. On the site supervisor was outstanding to work with and communicated extremely well with us. We asked Lafayette Roofing to do a few extras and they were very fair with the price of the add ons. When finished the crew cleaned up very well and site supervisor went over everything with us to make sure we were satisfied before he left. A few days later they followed up and again went over everything to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the job completed and our warranty was given to us. And I have to say, Lafayette Roofing not only does outstanding work, they are probably the best communicators we have worked with. They are very quick to return calls/answer emails and address any concerns or questions. We are so happy we chose Lafayette Roofers, they are a first rate local company!
