The owner of the company Ed Chadmar should have better professional skills on how to treat people. I dealt with Holden Clark at the beginning it was such a great experience dealing with him and his crew. Unfortunately the owner changed my way of viewing this company.

I wish that I could give negative five stars for this company. My handicapped father and my mother decided to use this company for their siding and roofing because the owner seemed straightforward, and the price was reasonable. You truly get what you pay for. At the beginning of this experience, my parents were straightforward in letting the owner know that most of the money would be coming from the insurance company, as they did not have it sitting around. Something happened to stall a small percentage of the entire payment, and Mr. Chmar started sending threatening emails, he called my mother's workplace with threatening and nasty comments, and then called and was nasty with my handicapped father. This happened over a few weeks, and it was not a one time thing, it was consistent. He was extremely condescending in his language in an attempt to bully my parents into just paying the rest of the money. If you want a company that will talk down to you, try to bully you into paying money from your personal account that should come from the insurance company, have workers that cannot communicate at all, have clutter and garbage left at your home for you to clean up and never ever come back and get it even though you call to remind them multiple times, this is the company for you! If you enjoy getting harrassing and nasty phone calls on a consistent basis at your place of work, by all means, try this company. If you enjoy having a company that just pulls off new gutters and renders the warranty null and void without asking, this is that company. After all of this hellish ordeal was over, Mr. Chmar emailed my parents asking them to keep him in mind for future jobs. The audacity of that after all that he put them through just speaks volumes about him and his company. Just please please beware if you choose to deal with this company. The couple extra thousand dollars that other companies charge is worth it for their professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness and lack of harrasment. Stay far far far away.

Homelife replaced my townhouse's roof, skylights, and gutter. The first thing I really liked was the guy that came out to do the estimate was knowledgeable and not pushing me to sign the same day or try to up sell me products and services I did not need. When it came to install, they guys did the job very quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning up, almost not trace. The owner, Ed was always in contact and always responded to any questions and concerns I had.

I called after the appointment time because they hadn't arrived. Spoke with someone and was told that they would check the technician. No one ever came or called. I called the next day to complain. My contact info was taken and I never received a call back.

Our experience with Homelife Remodeling has been 5 star positive!!!! We had our home built 5 years ago and have had shingles blowing off every Spring from the heavy winds on our hill. Our builder was nickel dime-ing us and tossing blame to everyone else...we finally had an inspector and it turned out the shingles were not installed properly! We knew we needed a new roof which is a huge expense!! After 5 estimates and comparing everything put in front of us we chose Homelife Remodeling. So glad we did! Very Fair..Very Professional and they did an excellent job. They stuck to schedule and kept the area very organized and clean. Our roof looks wonderful and we have no doubt that this one will stay put. They nailed to adhere to the wind warranty from GAF. They answered any questions and concerns we had thoroughly.
