Chris from Central Exteriors came out and explained everything in detail and even offered to answer any questions that I might have from other quotes. He was professional friendly and set a time for our appointment as opposed to a window of time, which I really appreciated. It showed that they value your time. On one of the days that I called Chris for a follow-up question he apologized for not getting back to me sooner because he was in training for new roofing technology and techniques. It really impressed me that Central makes the investment to keep their employees knowledge and skill set current and relevant. On top of all this, their quote was the most competitive and they got to work quickly after the agreement was signed. The roof has been installed and looks great. More importantly, we had another major rain storm a few days after the install was done, and there were no more leaks in the house. I didn't need any more proof that the work was done correctly. I will recommend Central to anyone who asks and as I am looking to replace my exterior doors in the next year, they will definitely be the first company I call to get information and quotes from. The representative was excellent!!! My roof was repaired, I was told I had at least 5 more good years on my old roof. No pressure tatics to get me to buy a new roof. I feel that this company is honest and has integrity. I will be going back to Central Exteriors when it is time to replace my roof.

It’s nice that others were happy with product but for me this has caused issue that will cost me even more, I went with cheapest quote and boy oh boy I regrate it so much I would love for them to give me my money back come and rip these windows out and I’ll get new ones. Literally the design it’s the most unbelievable, and one of my large windows letting my walls soak I have no clue how is this happening. Contractor was awesome, the people that came to do the work I thought worked very hard so I’m literally blame it all on the material, only 5 year warranty I want ones already! Yes the product is my only issue, we got new Condo management maybe I have a chance for different windows

This is by far the best roofing company I have ever come across in my 32 years as a practicing physician in Maryland and Northern VA. They are honest, and delivered whatever they promised, and at times even beyond that. Their manager, Matt Kline, was most helpful, polite, and meticulous in the performance of the work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new roof, and honestly if it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would do so.
