Metropolitan Design/Build was fantastic to work with. Omar Kassem is very knowledgeable and made the entire process of having our storm damaged roof replaced easy. To our surprise, Mr. Kassem preformed an initial roof inspection using a high-tech drone with an HD camera to quickly show us how much damage we had. He identified the damaged roof areas as well as siding that had been blown off from the powerful storms we encountered. He was present the day my insurance adjuster inspected the roof to ensure all questions and concerns were met. Mr. Kassem assisted us with roof shingle options as well as color options. All paperwork and business-related tasks were done as expected and very professionally. He carefully and accurately answered all our questions and clearly explained the warranty information. His team used high quality products and materials and got both the siding repairs and new roof job in a timely manner. The roof and siding look wonderful. Omar and his team are THE BEST! I have had Metropolitan work on my home several times, and each job has been perfect and priced right. I have referred them to my friends and neighbors, and every one of them has been just as happy as I was with their work. I recently saw a full basement build out they did and it was gorgeous!
