Such a fantastic company! Got roofing work done to my town home and the job was seriously a ten! I was so impressed with how patient they were with all of my questions throughout the entire consultation process, and they ultimately made me home look better than it did prior to the storm damage. Update: Sent $500 invoice for tarp following my withdraw of consent to pursue insurance company. The representative led me to believe the small tarp was for my convenience, that signing was no big deal and could be canceled by phone, and that nothing else needed to be organized with them until I heard from insurance. All false: follow-up invoice was sent for this "convenience", I was not able to cancel by phone and they quickly became short with me when I asked, and they wanted to be present during the insurance appointment. They obviously did not properly train the representative that came to my house and the tarp didn't even stop the leak. Original post: Came out a put a tarp on my leaky roof the same day I called.

My home tech rep was so helpful that I considered him a heavenly blessing. We had several estimates and we weren’t happy. Then along came a very respectable person who wasn’t about taking advantage of seniors.

Repeatedly misses appointments with no notice. I regret having to deal with them again, but since the siding on my house is melting, I have to because of the warranty. Same issue with lack of responsiveness that I had to deal with 7 years ago.
