I was extremely please with the work completed on my roof. The pricing was fair and the roof looks great! Angel was very knowledgeable, professional, and far superior to the other companies I got quotes from. He got up on the roof, not just used a satellite picture to estimate, accurately measured and thoroughly checked things out. I had confidence that Angel and Walter Brown, knew what the job entailed and there would be no surprises at the end. I highly recommend them!

Walter Brown, You have literally misspelled my name differently on every invoice and correspondence sent to me. My last name is spelled out in my email address and I have corrected your associates on multiple occasions. It's turned from comical to just unprofessional and annoying. This underpins a larger issue I have had with your company from the beginning and that is the customer service experience. It started by having my original assessment appointment pushed back multiple times and when I finally got one I had to fight to get an invoice. Then I got a call the night of my scheduled repair and was told I had to wait another day because the technician didn't have the correct material. I do not have an issue with the work performed, the roof looks repaired, but I can not in good conscience recommend your services to anyone based on the experience I have had so far. I hope you see this as an opportunity to improve from a customer who wholeheartedly loves to support local businesses. Please don't lose the one advantage you have over big business i.e. the ability to reach local clients with a personalized and sincere approach to the customer experience.
