I have used Streamline a number of times for gutters, roof repair, and roof inspection and am always happy with their work and dedication. Their prices are reasonable and they go the extra distance. They even came out late at night and brought me a ladder to try to rescue my kitty cat. :-)

Terrible. I called them to give me a quote on repairing a gutter on a home I own in Deale, Maryland. They told me they would be out in a few days and would call and e-mail me with the price. They never showed up to give the quote and I have heard nothing since. I explained to them clearly the details of the job, but I guess the job was too small for them. Clearly this company doesn't hold true to their word. I would be VERY wary of a company that performs in this manner.

If A+ was an option, it would be the one I would pick! We recently sold our first home...a victorian with a very tall slate roof...to a very demanding first time buyer. We got quotes from a handful of contractors for the buyers laundry list of requested repairs. After receiving a very detailed proposal, we knew Streamline was the company to go with, as everything would be clearly documented for the buyer. Their proposed price was not the cheapest, but still very reasonable, and more than worth it for the product and customer service you get. Shaun was out within a week and he and his crew completed the 13 items requested in one day. We had a beautiful detailed report with photos and one year roof certifcation that evening to forward on to our buyer. Unfortunately this was not enough to appease our buyer, and 2 weeks later they brought their inspector back out to re-inspect the property. The inspector found a few items he was still not 100% pleased with. We were less than a week before closing and freaking out. This was an inspector who would have found a problem with something unless he did the work himself. We called Streamline, and Samantha was extremely empathetic. Shaun was out two days later to address the inspector's issues, and upon a second re-inspection the almost impossible to please inspector was finally pleased. We closed on our house 2 days after that, knowing that it would not have happened without Streamline. This was an extremely stressful time for us - buying one house and selling another. Shaun and Samantha were extremely responsive to all our of concerns and requests. They even answered phone calls at 8 pm on Sunday evening. They understood the urgency and stress of the situation, and helped make one part of it all much less stressful. I can't stress enough how great of a company Streamline is!!!! If you're in the market for a roofer - hire them and sleep better at night knowing you made the right decision!
