He showed us an area of the roof that needed repair and we also asked him for an estimate to have a gutter down spout repaired and two bedroom windows replaced. He emailed me a competitive estimate and promptly responded to my phone calls answering my questions about the job and scheduling. We were very satisfied with the work that was done. His team was prompt, polite and efficient and very respective of our house. They put plastic down protecting the carpet in the bedroom when they replaced the windows. They also cleaned up thoroughly leaving no trace that they had been there. I especially appreciated that Moris returned my call regarding a question I had after the work was done. I requested an estimate be made for an entire roof replacement. Moris sent me a contract with a description however leaving out a period of performance which I requested he insert. Moris was very good about accommodating my concerns and met with me in person to review what the work would entail including giving me guarantees for labor. He also was able to patch up the part of my roof that was leaking, until he is able to begin work on the entire roof.

He quickly sent us a quote with a competitive price. His team was polite and efficient, completely replacing the front of our row house with new shingles and our flat roof with TPO. They were able to finish the job in three days and, other than the new roof, left no sign they were ever there after cleaning up.
